HR Generalist
(12-month contract)

We are now looking for our new HR Generalist to be the new star in the PIC (People, Inclusion & Culture) team at Universal Music Sweden. You will be working closely with the PIC Director, with a lot of freedom to develop, coordinate and administrate HR processes and routines. We offer a broad variety of tasks within HR related business areas as well as various projects within HR systems. The position is a fixed-term contract up to 12 months, with good possibilities for extension.


Your key responsibilities

  • Work with all HR processes, maintaining and developing them.
  • Active work with the work environment, rehabilitation, and other current personnel matters on an everyday basis.
  • Support and assist the managers and the PIC Director.
  • Review and update policies of the workplace.
  • Being able to work both proactively and administratively.


Your professional profile

  • Experience within HR work.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels internally and externally.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines and prioritize your work.
  • Problem solver, service minded, work independently and feel comfortable taking your own initiatives.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
